    I always know that green tea and garlic was good for detoxing . and to keep healthy my mom was very much into herbs and healthy foods so she taught us and lots of green lettuce we have a daughter who is autistic we are always looking for healthier ways instead of medications to give her. also I use to give the kids when they were small flex seed tea it helps with colic

    Love garlic (and more of the items listed). We recently started a backyard garden and are growing garlic and vegetables. They are excellent! Great information in your article.

    Great info here. I add chia and flaxseed to all my smoothies, and also make my own gut/colon cleanser ( SO important to maintaining good overall health) with flaxseed and kefir!

    I regularly eat and pack myself with fruits, green leafy veggie and garlic. Apart from that I do take in turmeric curcumin and coconut oil. That for sure gives me the boost and immunity I needed for a healthy living and active lifestyle.
