    I began taking Probiotics last year and I could tell within a few days I felt better. That bloated feeling was gone and I had an overall feeling that I was lighter.

    I have had an ‘intestinal yeast infection’ 3 times in the past 5 years or so. I won’t gross anyone out with details, but let’s just say it’s not pretty!! Not to mention the other symptoms…my shins and forehead itch like crazy!, I have a lot of medical conditions that keep me in chronic pain, and it only exasperates the pain; my stomach bloats out to ‘here!’, I gain a bunch of weight, yada, yada…
    Probiotics save me every time.
    I know I should be taking them every day, on a maintenance basis, but unfortunately, I just can’t afford to. Winning this woukd be a huge blessing, as I’m pretty sure I have another one right now.

    I’ve used probiotics to help my IBS and they really work. It’s helpful for me to switch off to different kinds now and then to get a variety.

    Thanks for the great information on probiotics. I Did not know they was that useful in the body. my husband has or had malrotation.Dr said he was born with his bowels on the wrong side and they has started to roll or someway tie into knots.He was in very bad shape. he had surgery to put them back right. Hes still not doing good. he had it in sept,6th 2016. hes now staying sick at his stomach. maybe your meds will help him. I Would Love to win this for him..

    I started taking acidophilus last year, because I was suffering with menopausal/yeast problems. Before that, I would pop antacids because of constant heartburn. After I started taking the acidophilus, not only did my yeast problems clear up, but so did my frequent heartburn. I don’t have to take over-the-counter Ranitidine anymore. I might pop a couple calcium carbonate tabs (once every other week), but antacids are no longer are a part of my daily regimen. Not only is acidophilus/probiotics is a life saver, but also a money saver!

  31. Last year my sister got seriously sick, lost 40 lbs before finally going to the hospital only to be told it was gastronitis? or some such horse crap. Now she take probiotics on a regular basis.

    My family and I have been switching to a healthier eating and lifestyle for the past 6 months. Eliminating white flour has probably been the hardest one for myself and my family. We regularly eat plain organic Greek yogurt. I helped the children incorporate plain Greek yogurt into their diet by having them add in raisins/dates/granola/grapes/dried fruits. Moral of the story, all of us are more energetic and feel so much better.

    Although I already knew about some of the health benefits of probiotics, I learned something new reading this post. I knew knew that probiotics aid “in the production of serotonin, the ‘feel good hormone’ and other hormones.” I suppose I’ll be looking into more ways to get probiotics into my diet.
